In mid-November, the Sino-Arab Cultural and Economic Exchange Conference organized by the Beijing Great Wall International Cultural Exchange Promotion Association became a hot topic. According to a report by PwC, 82% of Chinese-owned companies plan to continue cultivating the Middle East market, of which the UAE is one of the leading destinations. On the issue of enterprise investment settlement, Prince Sheikh Mohammed Jamal Al Qasimi suggested that Chinese companies investing in the UAE or Middle Eastern countries should attach importance to marketing and brand promotion to show the company's strength.

 

Sino-Arab Cooperation: Jointly Building the "Belt and Road"

 

Cooperation between China and the Middle East market has flourished in recent years, and the "Belt and Road" initiative has become a key driver of collaboration.

 

The UAE has become China's second-largest trading partner, the largest export market, and the most significant investment destination in the Middle East. The UAE has attracted investment from over 6,000 Chinese enterprises. The two countries cooperate widely in politics, economics, infrastructure, science, technology, and other fields. Prince Sheikh Mohammed Jamal Al Qasimi was impressed by China's infrastructure, workflow, and culture and felt respected by the Chinese. 2024 marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and the UAE.
